REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

REFUNDS FOR IN-APP PURCHASES

Because our services are purchased directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, we do not have access to your billing information and cannot process refunds on our end. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store.

1. iOS (Apple) Users: We cannot issue refunds for purchases made on iOS devices. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Android (Google) Users: For purchases made on the Google Play Store, please refer to Google Play Help for refund instructions. While we may have limited ability to review orders, we generally do not offer refunds once AI resources (tokens/credits) have been consumed, as these are non-tangible, irrevocable goods.

3. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play account). Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

4. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal: By downloading and using this application, you verify that you are purchasing digital content that is provided immediately. You explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided.
